U3A Wonthaggi’s Rules of Association were formally adopted by members at a Special Meeting held on 21 October 2013 and endorsed by Consumer Affairs Victoria on 8 January 2014.

The Rules of Association document is our Constitution. The rules prescribe how U3A Wonthaggi operates and is the basis of a contract between U3A Wonthaggi Inc and its members. 

The rules include our purposes and procedures and set out the rights and responsibilities of members and officeholders.
